Spirit Of Easter

Easter is a joyous holiday marked by a season of renewal, colorful Easter eggs, and decadent desserts. Besides the annual Easter egg hunt and spring family photoshoot, Easter is a time to reconnect with the things that really matter and rejoice in this new season of hope.
What a time to parallel this season with what we have at the eagle nest home of Jackie and Shadow. The scene that had all that we have today awaiting at the other side of what we thought was disappointment. A nest that just a year ago was empty, snow filled, and full of deferred potential. It was disappointing. I cried for what might have been with “BB1 of BB2”. I recall pondering through my tear-filled eyes that the power of the seed of belief is the downpayment to all great things. Such a poignant reflection and at the same time foreshadowing greatness.
Whether a banner year, or a barren year there is still something happening in our lives.
Your natural senses tell you it’s nothing, but when you live by the seed of Hope it tells you that the miraculous can happen any time the Penman wants it to happen.
Even if you can’t feel it, see it, or perceive it. But hope that is seen is no hope at all. Who hopes for what they already have? We hold onto hope for what we don’t yet have.
All the action is in the root of a tree, or the inside of an egg, and disappointment is the doorway to deeper hope. Today hope is here, but it’s not yours until you take hold of it.
The true meaning of Easter that is symbolized by the egg is that there is always more to come. Every morning comes from night. Every storm leads to calm. Every winter to spring. Every ending to a new beginning. Today we have Spirit and a Hope that comes from The Lake.
What a joy to experience this amazing process, from the preparation of the nest, to diligent incubation , hatching and saying “Hello” to the world. Spirit, this stunning , inquisitive , captivating, in awe of mom and dad, learning every minute of the day, eaglet Masterpiece we now have to marvel and be thrilled by. Oh, what a wonderful sight this precious little egg has become. From egg to Masterpiece we have been able to witness this. The egg that remains in the nest so close to Spirit and protected by Jackie and Shadow is a powerful symbol of their potential, as it holds what they have now, and the potential that they will have coming forward. When Spirit is gone the egg shall remain pointing to all that is yet to come in their future. The unseen always ushers in the seen, but is always dormant in seed or egg form before becoming manifest. As for Spirit it was written into the script of the preparation process, the same as Cookie’s remains were for Simba. These are powerful things that we may never fully understand. The Penman of Nature is the story teller. I am just deeply moved by the care, attention and respect given to it. I spend much time observing the eagles significance placed on it, and it inspires my soul.
Spirit’s wish for you this season;
Wishing renewal of life for you all.
May you soar over your problems
Be open for limitless potential as you cast you gaze out onto the azure skies.
May each obstacle be your new opportunity
Each test become a greater triumph
May your Spirit soar on Mighty Wings of Eagles.
Rejoice… we have a wonderful new life in the nest above the Lake this day.
Soar Spirit soar!!!
