21 Dec update: Well, what a crazy 12 hoirs ir has been here!
Last night, just as the owls left the balcony, we went to work on balcony. Mission....Save-The-Post-Plant-Nest-Tree. You will have noticed the huge cracks in the pot plant and the tree looking very brown, despite all the rain we've been having.
The bush in the pot plant on the far side had also taken a hammering, so we decided to move the third pot plant (out of cam sight) to the far balcony pillar, and put the nest tree into the better container. The small bush was taken downstairs and planted in the garden.
Simple. Until you factor in one very irate Lady who did her best to divebomb and hit us as we worked. One little glance away from her and she almost made contact.
Eventually we finished. And we waited. And waited. No owls came to the balcony. We went to sleep..not an owl in sight.
This morning, there they were..back on the balcony, checking out the new arrangements. I wanted to take a photo Lady and the two stinkers and dropped my phone onto the balcony floor. Without thinking..this is my phone...I went out onto the balcony...two owlets mantling and snapping at me and Lady ready to attack if need be.
So those watching the cam will have a great video to watch.

Pagājušajā naktī, tikko kā pūces aizlidoja no balkona, mēs devāmies strādāt uz balkona. Misija .... Podā augošajā kociņā pamanījāt lielas plaisas, koks nobrūnējis, neraugoties uz lietu.... mēs nolēmām pārvietot trešo augu (no kamera redzams) uz tālāko balkona kolonnu un ievietot ligzdas koku labākā traukā. Mazais krūms tika iestādīts dārzā.
Vienkārši - līdz brīdim, kad iztraucētā Lēdija sāka mums uzbrukt un pikēt virsū ...
Galu galā mēs pabeidzām iesākto. Un mēs gaidījām. Ūpjuki neatlidoja uz balkonu. Mēs devāmies gulēt ...
Šorīt, tur viņi bija .. atpakaļ uz balkona, pārbaudot mūsu padarīto. Es gribēju uzņemt foto ar Lēdiju un abiem razbainiekiem, bet mans telefons nokrita uz balkona grīdas. Nedomājot ... es izgāju ārā uz balkona ... divi pūčuki uzpūtušies skatījās uz mani un Lēdija, gatava uzbrukt, ja nepieciešams. (- aptuvens pārstāsts - LL)

26 Dec: Well, I don't know what to say. It seems that this cam might very well be kept up and running until 2019.
Our stinkers refuse to leave. Lady is content to remain on the balcony. It's only Pappa who is tearing his feathers out with his family.
Here are today's pics and you can definitely see the two owlets appear to be the same / similar size to their parents now. Lady's in the far pot plant.
