Vētra sabojājusi kameru un tiešsaistes savienojumu. Ir problēmas ar iekārtu pārkaršanu.
Ir opcijas
1. atstāt visu kā ir līdz martam, kad paredzēta tehn.apkope,
2. uzsākt visas tehnikas apkopi tagad,
3. mēģināt apmainīt sabojāto.
Ja un kad SE21 būs gatava atbrīvošanai, būtu jāredz ērglēna satikšanās ar vecākiem rezervātā, tam arī jāatvēl laiks.
Tad nu tiešraide tiks atjaunota, kad tiks pieņemts rīcības plāns.

It would appear that we didn't escape extensive damage from the storm. With our immediate assessment, we lost our adjacent camera and a network switch. The nest camera has been operating via a direct connection port on our media converter(s). It looks like either the media converter in the forest or the camera itself is now experiencing overheating issues. The stream fades slowly (seconds skipping) then stops during the hottest part of the day. It doesn't recover till during the night, then same thing as the next day warms up.
We have few options at the moment.
a) Leave it till maintenance (March)
b) Bring forward maintenance (time and people permitting)
c) Try replacing one or both media converters (nobody available to do this for another week or two)
If and when SE21 is due for release, obviously we would like to record interactions with parents in the reserve. No timeframe on this at the moment.
We will provide an update when we work out our best option.
