Stewards of the Upper Mississippi River Refuge
It is early for them to be more constantly seen. They are beginning to fine tune the nest more. January will bring more frequent photo ops but today they have been active.

This morning the Trio was active at the nest for about 90 minutes.

Early in December the Stewards along with FWS partners were able to place our recovered and restored Trio Nest Cam. The positioning was courtesy of our existing wiring. The positioning is also limited by that existing wiring location. As all things align appropriately (covid restrictions are real) we hope to share this view with the public on our YouTube channel. It is deemed better than no 2021 nest view. It is zoomed to the max.
Estimated time is within the next two weeks.

All three eaglets were visible, and an adult eagle was close by when they were alone. Taken yesterday afternoon.
