“Patience is bitter, but its fruit is sweet”
As I observed Jackie just now I cannot help but want to share what I behold. As she sits high aloft in her nest atop of a 145ft Jeffrey pine, it evokes a powerful scene.
Through the windy air the whitening shower descends, at first thin wavering; till at last the flakes. Falling hard and fast, dimming the day. It is like a winter wardrobe of purest white, a gift wrapping of pure delight.
Shadow has stalwartly incubated his morning shifts of 2 hrs 3mins. He left about 12:32 and is likely in view of the weather done with his daily shifts of incubation. In weather like this Jackie is likely hunkered in for the night, and Shadow in and around the nest area observing, and doing nest protection duty. This is the role of the male BAEA at nights, or at times that the female is on the nest.
There is a powerful presence about Jackie in this moment, an excelling greatness about purpose focus regardless of the obstacle that might be faced. It reminds me of all that she and Shadow have been through the past two years to get to this point. None is by coincidence , but by aligment to have the capacity to be here right now. All of what they have been through has not defined them, as they are continuing to write new history each day. What a powerful presence when you know your purpose, and can sleep like Jackie, in the middle of the storm.
The message for us Eagle Family today is that we know that if we do not give up, get weary, lose vision, stop preparing, stop looking ahead, that the wait is bitter, but the harvest will be so sweet.
There are names in our Divine history that have shown us that faith sleeps on the mast of a boat in the middle of the storm. Could it be that the Mighty Eagles are conveying a message of hope to us today by being asleep in the middle of the storm high aloft in a 145 ft Jeffrey Pine. I ponder..... indeed.
Bless Jackie and Shadow and the priceless white pearls Egg #1 and #2. We know something good will come from this, so we sleep in peace with you.

Nu gan Džekija sabijusi prom pavisam īsu brīdi. Atlido atpakaļ ar lieliem stiebriem un pieprasa savu vietu ar bučiņām un dāmīgu pačīkstēšanu Shadow diezgan šokēts par tik īsu maiņu, lec uz zara un gandrīz paklūp
